Enterprise Architect

Description:

Lead high level conversations with the agency’s Senior Executive to formulate strategy and design fit for purpose business capabilities and delivery roadmaps.

Build and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders, actively marketing the services that the practice provides to customers

facilitate information-gathering workshops with business stakeholders

facilitate assurance and governance of capability design and roadmaps for uplift.

Develop and maintain the Enterprise Capability Model and supporting business architecture value streams and artefacts.

Produce diagrammatic depictions of business functions to a visual standard

document business patterns to contribute to the establishment of the Business Portfolio vision.

Design Business Architecture Frameworks and associated information to various audiences to address their specific needs

coach team members to achieve objectives and goals

Essential criteria

1. Industry certifications/IT Degree or equivalent and/or proven expertise as a business architect for a large organisation.

2. Knowledge and understanding of different types of business and operating models

3. Knowledge of existing and emerging technology capabilities and how they might apply practically to business solutions and designs

4. Strong analytical and conceptual skills; ability to create original concepts and theories for a variety of projects.

5. Experience leading multi-disciplinary, high-performance work teams

6. Experience developing and monitoring delivery of efficient and effective solutions to diverse and complex business problems
