ServiceNow has been working with South Australian Government and Industry for many years. We are seeking a strategic and entrepreneurial sales executive to join our team, to consolidate and expand this engagement. The primary objective of the role will be to work alongside a technical consultant to envision and drive digital transformation and customer satisfaction within our South Australian customer base and to grow SaaS revenue. You will accomplish this through strategic go to market planning, account planning, territory planning, researching prospect customers, using business development strategies and completing field-based sales activities within a defined set of prospects, territory or vertical. You will do this within a team of professionals who are passionate about the success of our customers and partners.

  • Develop relationships with multiple C-suite executives (e.g., CFO, CIO, COO, CDO) to enable their digital transformation vision
  • Oversee client relationship mapping to the account team, orchestrating an account strategy across a broad virtual team (Solutions Consultants, Solutions Specialist, Success resources, Partners and Marketing, etc.)
  • Be a trusted advisor to your customers by understanding their business and advising on how ServiceNow can support their strategy both in the immediate and long term
  • Collaborate with our partners to grow the South Australian market and ensure the success of our customers.
