We have an exciting permanent opportunity for you to join our supportive and motivated surgical team to provide individualised excellent patient care within a health service environment to maximise the health outcomes for the patient, under the guidance and direction of the Registered Nurse. You will be given support with a Nurse Unit Manager, Clinical Services Manager and Clinical Nurse Educator for orientation and ongoing education.

Where you'll be working
The position of Enrolled Nurse at Inverell Hospital Operating Theatres is located within a brand new Surgical Services Department that provides efficient and effective Perioperative, Day surgery & CSD Services to Inverell and the surrounding area. You will be part of a very dynamic and skilled team of Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses & CSD Technicians to ensure excellent patient care is delivered, Every Patient, Every Time. The successful applicant will receive orientation and all support required at the commencement of this position. All mandatory training will also be provided as required and the department is supported by a Clinical Nurse Educator.

About You
This position requires the applicant to be able to demonstrate strong and effective communication skills at all times with members of a wide and multidisciplinary team as well as an ability to build rapports and demonstrate strong time management and clinical skills related to Operating Theatres.
