Spectra Recruitment Pty Ltd are currently recruiting for an Engineering/Maintenance Manager for a wonderful food manufacturing client based in Brisbane

This is a full time permanent opportunity reporting into the Plant Manager. It is a critical leadership role for the organisation as you will form part of a wonderful culture, a great team of people and a vision/strategy like no other. The role

The successful candidate will be responsible for the sites large Engineering Maintenance team, including Mechanical, Electrical, Reliability and external Sub Contractors.

What are we looking for?

The successful candidate will have a strong background within high volume food/processing/pharmaceutical manufacturing environments managing and leading site Maintenance/Electrical teams partnered with strong leadership attributes. You will have Robotic, Design and Reliability experience partnered with problem solving ability. Mechanical or Electrical background desired.
This role requires an extremely strong leader who can manage and influence a wonderful team.
