Unique opportunity to provide technical specialty and operational leadership regarding service support and designs to drive excellence, quality and performance of IT services and portfolios, within a technology domain of Microsoft Office 365(M365) especially M365 ATP (advanced threat protection) and Exchange Online.
Your new team
The End User Experience (EUX) team consists of approximately 650 staff, with a mix of internal and vendor staff.
The team has end-to-end accountability for the strategy, design, build and run of all End user Experience products and services used by Bank employees and partners globally, with collective responsibility for a $150m+ per annum operating budget that spans 50+ services.
Your new role has accountability for implementing new M365 features under change control, collaborating with the EUX Platform to ensure that these changes integrate into all EUX technologies.
