Unique opportunity to provide technical specialty and operational leadership regarding service support and designs to drive excellence, quality and performance of IT services and portfolios, within a technology domain of Microsoft Office 365(M365) especially M365 ATP (advanced threat protection) and Exchange Online.

Your new team

The End User Experience (EUX) team consists of approximately 650 staff, with a mix of internal and vendor staff.

The team has end-to-end accountability for the strategy, design, build and run of all End user Experience products and services used by Bank employees and partners globally, with collective responsibility for a $150m+ per annum operating budget that spans 50+ services.

Your new role has accountability for implementing new M365 features under change control, collaborating with the EUX Platform to ensure that these changes integrate into all EUX technologies.

You work closely with M365 product owners and other stakeholders to maintain evergreen and availability, including to:

• Resolve high priority incidents and monitor service availability
• Implement service improvements, implement technical changes and security updates and develop and deploy solutions and changes to the cloud environments
• Respond directly to customer issues and raise and remediate operational risks
• As a global administrator, be accountable for the RUN of Microsoft Office 365, M365 ATP and Azure platforms
• Collaborate across internal/external parties to improve the end user computing customer experience e.g. Cyber, Active Directory, Microsoft, etc.
• Identify any critical service delivery vulnerabilities and operational risks in the operational IT services and ensure adequate measures are in place

What You Will Need To Succeed

• Experience as a Senior Operations/Systems Engineer in cloud environments, especially M365 security and Exchange
• A strong understanding of operational disciplines
• Proactively identify and understand, openly discuss and act on current and future risks
• Demonstrated knowledge of IT Service Management and Delivery
• Excellent knowledge of Office 365, Exchange, Azure and cloud security
• Proven experience resolving incidents in a highly integrated environment and Enterprise experience with Change Management
