It's great if you have an understanding of email and CRM marketing so you can jump right into the role but you'll be working with a CRM Manager and other leaders from the business to learn and develop your experience. You'll get to:

• manage campaigns across email and SMS
• work with best in class CRM tools and systems
• develop email marketing content
• analyse and report on campagin performance
• understand the latest trends in CRM and acquisition marketing

• Ideally, you've developed and implemented some email campaigns
• You understand performance marketing
• An understanding of segmentation and automation
