Electronics Technician

Excellent opportunity to join a global organization as an Electronics Technician. Our client is a successful organisation who have a large and friendly team in a modern environment. They have a relaxed culture who assist each other as a team to provide excellent quality maintenance for their stakeholders.

Due to a busy period, they require two contractors to assist a group of technicians in the production department. This will be a 3-month contract initially based close to the Melbourne CBD in South Melbourne, and working onsite with likely extensions.

To apply for this contract, you will need the following commercial experience.
 

• Excellent communication skills and a willingness to work in a team
• Hands-on manufacturing and testing of electronic and computer assemblies
• Previous Crimping experience
• Previous Soldering experience
• Metalwork assembly experience
• Experience testing of Electronics/Computer equipment
• Completing Factory Acceptances sheets and other documentation as required.
• Tertiary qualifications in Electronic Engineering are preferred.
