You Will Be Involved In

Our Darwin-based Energy & Resources Team has a stable and growing workload. We now have a rewarding opportunity for an experienced Electrical Engineer that will see you work on a diverse range of projects across Power Delivery, Industrial Power and Power Generation. Bring your passion, curiosity and energy and help us deliver outstanding work for our Government, Defence and Private Sector clients.

• Providing technical project support to clients
• Undertaking technical design and documentation of power (generation, T&D and renewables) and industrial projects (with minimal supervision)
• Contributing to the development of GHD’s knowledge and skills in Power Engineering including planning, design, construction and operation
• Development of tender responses and provision of job delivery management
• Assisting the Business Group Leader in promotion of GHD’s strategy, business ethics and values to the staff within the Business Group.

What You Will Bring To The Team

• Bachelor’s Degree in electrical engineering
• Actively working towards obtainment CPEng/State professional registration
• Minimum 4+ years Power industry experience (consulting environment preferable)
• Australian Department of Defence Clearance (or ability to obtain). Experience with Defence projects would be highly regarded.
