We are currently seeking an exceptional, experienced Educational Leader or motivated Lead Educator to step into our Educational Leader role and build upon the excellent work of our team.

You will partner with our Centre Manager to inspire, mentor and lead our well established and qualified team of educators to continue to build upon the excellent work of our team. You will lead the development, implementation, and review of our educational programs and educational experiences.

As a member of Great Beginnigns Baldivis team, you will be a passionate, dedicated professional who strives to build and maintain an outstanding learning environment for our children.

Great Beginnings Baldivis' Centre Manager, Amy is a highly experienced team leader with over 16 years of experience within the early childhood sector, with more than 2 years as part of the G8 Education family. Amy loves watching children grow and thrive every day, she believes that the environment is the third teacher and that children learn best through play and discovery. As a mum of 2 young children, she is passionate about giving children the best start in life and knows the first 5 years are the most important. Her previous teams have described her as supportive and approachable, and she strongly encourages their personal and professional growth. Her teams have been close-knit and fun, she creates a home-away from home where Educators are recognised for their contributions and genuinely enjoy coming to work every day.

About You
 

• You will hold an ACECQA approved Diploma Qualification in Children’s Services
• A strong understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS) to enable you to effectively lead implementation, evaluation, and delivery of educational programs
• Proven Educational Leader/Lead Educator experience within an Early childhood service (working with children 0-5 years)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Dedication and commitment to developing the future of children
• The enthusiasm to be proactive in implementing curriculum
• A friendly and energetic demeanour
