As automation and machine-learning impact the future of work, it is imperative that the next generation are digital literate and have creativity and creative problem-solving skills to help prepare them for jobs that don’t yet exist.
The Education Marketing Manager will be responsible for innovative and impactful marketing to my client’s largest higher education customers and prospects across the ANZ and Southeast Asia. This role will be responsible for leading the development, implementation, execution, and measurement of marketing programs, helping to transform their position in education and establish them as a leader in driving the development of digital literacy skills in the next generation.
My client is offering a 12-month contract however it is likely it will extend or potentially convert to Perm for the right person! The role is Sydney based and they can offer Hybrid working. There will be some domestic travel involved (2-3 times per Q)
Collaborate with sales on account plans, marketing strategy, and customer programs for mutually identified Top Accounts. Identify marketing opportunities to intentionally support and drive the business with marketing programs.
Carefully plan high-touch, KPI-driven, marketing plans with clear growth, leadership engagement, and pipeline influence objectives that are devised around the customer buying journey. Surround existing and prospective high-value accounts with high-touch marketing to drive business opportunities.
Team with Global Education Marketing teams to align on cross-segment initiatives and programs that can be leveraged to nurture opportunities in Top Accounts.
Own execution of your plans including planning, logistics, event management, budget management, lead management and distribution, and follow-up strategies.
Help support key education partners by defining the audience they serve, the partner needs, and finding cost-effective ways to support their marketing efforts to help build the brand.
Visually and orally communicate strategies and results to a wide range of stakeholders on a quarterly basis and share learnings with peers across the organisation.
