About the role:
An opportunity for one (1) x Education Lead to be part of our Health, Safety and Wellbeing Division.
The Health, Safety and Wellbeing Taskforce (the Taskforce) is the single most significant investment in the health, safety and wellbeing of Victoria Police employees. The Taskforce has been established to improve prevention and response to work related injuries. The Taskforce is establishing six Multi-Disciplinary Teams (MDT), based in hubs across the state, enhancing employee's mental health, injury prevention, early intervention, and recovery support. These newly created position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to supporting employees. These newly created positions offer an exciting opportunity to support Victoria Police employees.
Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, the Education Lead will provide technical expertise to Taskforce leadership and Educators working within a team across Health, Safety and Wellbeing Hubs. The position will oversee the design, develop and deliver a range of wellbeing education programs in consultation with stakeholders and ensure training packages are delivered consistently utilising contemporary vocational and teaching practises.
