YOUR ROLE

  • Complete administrative tasks, including the tracking of travel expenses, stock on hand report preparations and budget tracker
  • Ensure updates of the sales team portal, monthly data for LTM presentations, and communication lists
  • Support Education by being first point of contact, orchestrating the delivery of products and assisting in the facilitation of in store training and communication
  • Liaise with customer service and end consumer on the facilitation and dispatch of product delivery
  • Execute all ad-hoc requests including collation and dispatch of staff allocated products and coordination of business unit conferences

YOUR SKILLS

  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills with a strong attention to detail
  • High quality written and verbal communication
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills with MS office capabilities highly preferred
  • Exposure to SAP & CRM also highly regarded
  • A proactive mindset with the desire to take initiative in identifying and solving problems without supervision
