They have an exciting career opportunity for an Ecommerce Coordinator to join the central marketing team. They are looking for a commercially driven creative who has a keen interest in ecommerce and who understands the importance of being adaptative within an evolving team.
The ideal candidate will have experience working within a Shopify store and managing Klaviyo EDM designs.
Situated within their iconic Sydney location this is a permanent role where you will experience a state of art facility, working with a vibrant & professional team, within an all-inclusive working culture. Please note, this is a Sydney based onsite role. Flexibility towards a hybrid structure can be discussed after a probational settling in period.
The successful applicant will report into and be supporting the Group Marketing Manager with the development of strategic marketing plans, implementation of marketing and advertising campaigns and monitoring those campaigns to ensure successful outcomes for the business.

• Creating high-quality digital assets, imagery, illustrations, videos and graphics for websites, social media, EDM and advertising
• Designing unique layouts for presentations for dealership communication and retail collateral
• Ensure consistency of designs/branding across the company portfolio including the website
• Coordination of internal and external motorcycle suppliers Digital Asset Libraries
• Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape, and market trends
• Assist the Marketing team with tasks such as email marketing, social post and engagement across all social media platforms and online marketing strategy and planning
• Enhancing and maintaining product descriptions, pricing, Images, category assignments, product categorisation across the ecommerce website
• Assistance with improving website performance and user experience (UX)
• Implement continuous improvement of the online customer experience (CX)
• Work towards launching new products onto the website in line with new product and brand announcements
• Communicate with external digital agencies to improve the website and triage issues
• Tertiary qualifications in Graphic Design, marketing, or communications equivalent
• Proven experience in social media channel management
• Experience within the Shopify platform & Klaviyo an advantage
• Social media native, an eager user of Instagram, Facebook
• Exceptional written and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work within deadlines
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, advanced excel skills preferred
• A keen interest in copywriting with strong communications proficiency, and attention to detail
• Familiarity with website design and a keen interest in being part of evolving ecommerce
