Intereach is an NDIS Partner in the Community, delivering the Early Childhood Approach in the Loddon, Mallee, Goulburn and Murrumbidgee regions.

The Early Childhood Coordinator - Planning and Review is responsible for working alongside families with children aged 0 – 6, who have developmental delay or disability and have met access to the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
The Early Childhood Coordinator works with families to;

• understand and navigate the NDIS,

• identify and develop goals for their child’s NDIS plan that support the child’s participation and inclusion across environments such as their home, early education settings and the community,

• link into NDIS providers and available community/mainstream supports that may assist in meeting the identified NDIS plan goals.

• monitor and review the NDIS plan to ensure it continues to meet the needs of the child and family.

In this role, you will also use your skills to build connections with community and mainstream organisations, assisting to create opportunities for greater participation and meaningful inclusion of children with developmental delay and disability and their families/carers.
The successful candidate will have Tertiary qualification in Early Childhood Education, Allied Health, Allied Health Assistant or related qualification and/or Human Services with experience working with children and families with a family centred, strengths-based approach.
