The Digital Workplace Team - part of the Digital Workplace and Information Management Services (DWIMS), provides strategic and operational support to the delivery of a cohesive ecosystem of core workplace technologies used across the Ministry of Health.
The team focus on developing effective and personalised ways of digital working and exploit enterprise-level technologies to increase productivity and enhance the user experience.
Our current roadmap is made up of three key programs:

• eApproval - digitise and modernise the way we manage ministerial, correspondence and approval processes
• eSearch - enhance search and automate records compliance across M365 and other information repositories
• Digital Clean-up - support owners of M365 file stores to migrate legacy information and improve user experience

The eApproval Project and Change Lead is part of the Digital Workplace and Information Management Services team and implements change strategies and activities aimed at informing and engaging staff within the Ministry of Health and other Entities across NSW Health. The position involves collaboration with internal subject matter experts and other NSW Government agencies, including staff across the organisation at all levels to build capacity and deliver on the eApproval change program drawing on expertise in change management methodologies.

This position will assist in leading a range of strategic and operational initiatives to bring about new ways of organising people, processes and resources that achieves greater scale, effectiveness, sustainability and efficiency. It will drive adoption, business process improvement, benefits realisation and sustained business outcomes through effective stakeholder management.
