Based in Eagle Farm, Brisbane, we have an exciting opportunity for a Drive Sales Specialist (DSS) that will appeal to those with an appetite for delivery of drive solutions, and thirst for supporting the ongoing success of the business. We’re not looking for just anyone, we never have. We’re appealing to the sales individuals who looks beyond what is just in front of them, and applies innovative, inclusive, and result centric strategies to driving growth. The Drive Products portfolio is a critical link to other products and businesses within the organization, ranging from the most basic forms of motor control integrating into the Process Automation and Software platforms.

Specific responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Promote Schneider’s range of Drives Products and Solutions & Services to a diverse customer base of End Users, OEM’s, System Integrators, Board Builders and Wholesalers within QLD
  • Sell and influence customers and partners in their evaluation, implementation and delivery of drive solutions.
  • Identify and develop new Drives and Services opportunities within allocated accounts
  • Work closely with the National Sales Manager, Key Account Managers and other DSS’s on targeted consultants and EPC’s
  • Develop and maintain deep technical knowledge on Drives domain expertise in target / vertical industry(s)
  • Act as the local expert on all Drives products and solutions
  • Articulate the value in associated monitoring and services of the product range to reduce total cost of ownership and customer risk
