The People and Patient Experience Team provides strategic and operational services to enhance the experience of patients, consumers, and employees. We recognise the connection between the experience of our workforce and the experience and outcomes for our patients and their families.
The Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging Manager will provide exceptional leadership, responsible for the design and hands-on delivery of a range of strategic projects and operational initiatives that support and promote diversity, inclusion and belonging to enhance cultural safety, and the experience of both our staff and patients.
Reporting to the Director of People and Patient Experience, this role will form meaningful relationships with key internal and external stakeholders and utilise their highly developed project management experience, subject matter expertise and engagement skills to ensure strong collaboration and successful execution of these important strategic priorities.
