Due to explosive growth, we are seeking someone who has learned their craft at the top tier to lead our transactions practice. The desired candidate can genuinely do it all: execute a transaction from Post-it note idea to financial close, explain complex ideas simply and effectively and make the impossible possible.

Most importantly, we want you to grow and nurture the next generation of franchise players who are already in our business. And finally, we want you to approach Mirandela as if it were your own business, helping it grow in directions we may not have even thought about yet.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Seven to 15 years of experience in investment banking or a mix of investment banking, M&A, strategy/corporate development, private equity or similar
  • Degree qualifications along with either a CA, CFA or similar qualification
  • A solid track record of completed transactions
  • Previous experience in managing and building a team of analysts, associates and VPs
  • A sharp, inquisitive mind and real-world commercial acumen
  • Exceptional communication skills—the ability to express complex matters simply and articulately, to be genuinely collaborative and respectfully candid
  • The ability to identify and develop new transaction opportunities
