What The Day Will Look Like
- Lead the setting of the growth agenda and drive execution of sales strategy across Asia Pacific.
- Engage with potential clients through internal DAU activity, external networking, third party referrals, pre-emptive marketing, and direct outreach efforts, etc.
- Collaborate with Geography and Specialty leadership across sub-regions to agree growth priorities and implement effective and tailored growth strategies.
- Collaborate directly with account executive and Specialty broking colleagues in country to deliver strategic business development opportunities, including in-person participation on an as-required basis.
- Collaborate with Enterprise Client Group leadership and Multinational client communities to deliver tailored growth and client planning.
- Cultivate relationships with key buying groups in the ECG and MNC client segment to broaden and deepen sales penetration.
- Build and promote the mindshare of Cyber Solutions by publishing posts and participating in industry conferences.
How This Opportunity Is Different
This is a strategically critical growth and client role for the Cyber Solutions business and a high-visibility position; you will be leading sales and business development in Asia Pacific, and as such, will become well known to the leadership and client-facing communities.
Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success
- Prior experience in the cyber and risk industry.
- Ability to anticipate and respond to changing priorities and operate effectively in a dynamic, demand-based environment, requiring flexibility and responsiveness to client needs.
- Must be able to work collaboratively across teams and geographies.
- Comfort with intermittent periods of travel; evening and weekend hours.
- Exceptional work ethic; high level of professionalism and adherence to ethical standards.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, plus attention to detail.
- Proven track record of business development in cybersecurity and risk management.
- Substantial engagement with key stakeholders that will be critical to successful business development efforts including insurers, law firms, and clients
