This role requires a visionary individual with a profound understanding of quantitative research. The selected candidate will leverage their expertise to lead and shape the consultancy's strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: The Director will be responsible for providing visionary leadership that aligns our client's services with the dynamic needs of clients and the industry.
  • Client Engagement: Building and maintaining strong client relationships is paramount. The Director will ensure client needs are not only met but consistently exceeded.
  • Project Management: Overseeing end-to-end research projects, including project initiation, execution, and delivery, is a core responsibility. This includes maintaining quality standards and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Team Development: Fostering a culture of excellence within the team is essential. The Director will provide mentorship, guidance, and leadership to nurture talent and facilitate professional growth.
  • Business Development: Identifying growth opportunities and securing new projects to expand the client portfolio is a key function. The Director will actively contribute to business development and client acquisition.
  • Thought Leadership: Staying abreast of industry trends and developments is crucial. The Director will contribute to thought leadership by producing whitepapers, delivering presentations, and participating in speaking engagements.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience within a strategic insights or market research consultancy.
  • Demonstrated expertise in quantitative research methodologies.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of various industries.
  • Exceptional communication skills, particularly in client relationship management.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire a high-performing team.
  • A track record of successful business development and client acquisition.
