Digital Project Manager

 

Description:

As our new Digital Project Manager, you'll be well versed in managing multiple website projects. You're a good communicator, time management comes second nature to you, super organised and have a strong understanding of the website design and development process from start to finish.

Our office is based in Rochedale in a new build that is well appointed and includes massage chairs and other staff comforts. There is also ample onsite parking and a weekly food truck visit.

Skills Required:

  • Develop & manage project timelines to ensure deliverables are met within deadline
  • Ability to gather requirements from internal stakeholders and 3rd party partners and translate into actionable briefs
  • Comfortable writing functional specifications and lead a wider team of designers & developers to define strategies & solutions
  • Experience or familiar with Salesforce CommerceCloud and more specifically around planning, coordinating and supporting their development
  • Rigorous in organising and coordinating projects, their prioritisation, and identify/mitigate project risk
  • Ability to work at a fast pace, with a variety of stakeholders
  • Assist with QA by testing, troubleshooting & facilitating bug fixing
  • Familiar with full stack competences, their roles and deliverables
  • Tool Set: Asana, Slack, Azure as the main suite of daily usage
  • Strong experience in budgeting and planning projects.
  • Experience in understanding and using various project management methodologies (iterative, waterfall, agile, hybrid, etc).

  • Strategic thinking & problem solving skills
  • Retail or eCommerce Experience
  • Must have proven experience managing web development projects using Agile methodologies
  • Be highly detailed oriented and work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Be a real people-person and deliver positive business change

Minimum Requirements:

Minimum 2 years as a digital project manager working across a range of web design projects
