Digital Project Manager

You will manage multiple projects from end to end and engage with many stakeholders from business to technology and external vendors. You’ll need strong interaction skills and the ability to manage people’s expectations and coordinate many teams. There is no such thing as over communication in the space.

Key Accountabilities

Delivery

• Lead and oversee multiple project streams while providing support to the iteration managers
• Lead Agile ceremonies to manage project outcomes e.g. Scrum of scrums
• Engage with business and other stakeholders to determine project scope, overall plan and statement of work
• Pro-actively manage risk mitigation by project approach or seeking design alternatives
• Provide regular status reports to project stakeholders
• Procure resources (space, equipment, etc) as needed by each team member
• Establish and present project budgets
• On going management of resource allocations and forecasts
• Creation of Flight Plans and tracking deliverables against agreed costs and time outcomes
• Manage project dependencies and track progress
• Manage engagements with dependant teams and monitor/coordinate their deliverables
• Stakeholder management through involvement in Project Leadership Teams and Steering Committee meetings
• Provide key stakeholders with regular status updates, including risks and issues
• Organise key project meetings and workshops
• Maintain metrics on long-term team progress to enable resource planning activities
• Ensure project timelines are achieved and are visible to the team
• Contribute to the enhancement of this Agile approach, and share learnings with peers and other stakeholders
• Apply strong financial management skills to monitor and control each project’s financial position
