About the role
As part of the Digital team, you’ll be contributing to the delivery of digital experiences across our suite of customer facing platforms. The team collaborates with stakeholders of all levels across the organisation to interpret and fulfil their digital business requirements whilst guiding digital production and roadmap implementation.
Reporting to the Head of Digital, you will be responsible for ensuring the tracking strategy is established and maintained across multiple online properties. Utilising your strong analytical and technical skills you will own our suite of product analytics tools and process for managing and always seeking ways to optimise and improve and providing digital insights and recommendations to continue driving digital adoption across self-service functions and lifting conversion rates across the entire ecosystem.
This is a great opportunity for someone who understands the end-to-end journeys and the importance of being able to track both performance and user behaviour to help build enhancement roadmaps. Having a passion for A/B and variable testing to make decisions based on user data coupled with insights is key. The ability to write user stories and competently complete user acceptance testing on product releases is also important.

Experience in a SaFe/Agile environment, managing end to end online experiences and projects
Strong analytical and technical skills with web and app tracking and governance experience across GTM, Google Stack and Firebase
Proven experience building positive working relationships and working successfully in cross-functional teams, including demonstrated success in managing own work
Successful track record of translating a brief into a digital solution, managing multiple vendors and stakeholders across a variety of platform capabilities
Familiarity with digital optimization, A/B and multivariate test implementation and analysis
A customer centric focus with the initiative and drive to deliver results to tight deadlines
This is a permanent, full-time opportunity with a hybrid work model of working from home and from our West Melbourne office (located 10minute walk from Southern Cross & Flagstaff station)
