Description:
Our client, a leading financial services company, is looking for an experienced Digital Performance Manager to lead affiliate and lead generation activities across local and international markets.
This key role will involve collaborating with internal teams (Brand, Creative, Analytics) to drive digital lead/affiliate campaigns and scale partnerships beyond traditional channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy: Develop and execute affiliate and lead generation strategies to drive lead volume, revenue, and profits, with clear KPIs. Align efforts with business objectives and ensure compliance with brand guidelines.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with affiliate networks, lead generation agencies, and key partners. Lead negotiations to optimise lead quality, pricing, and volume.
- Execution: Oversee the implementation of affiliate partnerships, ensuring targets are met (CPL, leads, sales). Work with internal teams to scale solutions, improve lead validation, and support affiliates to maximise performance.
- Reporting: Manage reporting channels, track performance, scrub invalid leads, and provide insights on campaign success, anomalies, and areas for improvement.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on affiliate marketing or performance marketing, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyse large data sets, derive actionable insights, and optimise campaigns based on performance metrics.
- Affiliate Marketing Expertise: Experience with affiliate marketing platforms and a deep understanding of affiliate metrics and optimisation techniques.
- Communication: Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with both internal teams and external affiliate partners.
- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail, particularly in campaign execution, tracking, and reporting.
