We are currently looking for a communications or media graduate to join our team. This is entry level position based will be based out of our Perth office and report to the Senior Commercial Partners Manager. This full-time role will help deliver quality advertising campaigns across key performance channels, including Facebook, SEM & SEO. Your appetite for a career in digital marketing will help you work alongside a team of passionate a driven people with exposure to programmatic, digital ad serving and data analytics.

Within this role, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting set up, reporting and optimisation of paid performance campaigns across Facebook and Google Ads
• Set up and implement end-to-end campaign tracking, included (but not limited to) UTM tracking & conversion pixels
• Day-to-day management and optimisation of digital advertising campaigns
• Assist Digital Performance Manager to building new client strategy proposals, making a strong contribution to overall client strategies
• Create detailed Post Campaign reports
• Helping to implement digital advertising initiatives to facilitate product growth
• Represent SWM in a professional and courteous manner
• A team player with the ability to self-organise, prioritise and meet deadlines
• Some experience with social media advertising and Google Analytics would be ideal but not essential (Facebook Blueprint training available)
• A passion for keeping up-to-date with the latest digital marketing and social trends
• Strong communication skills and enthusiasm
• Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail
• A current drivers’ license
