Digital Media Specialist

 

Description:

In this role you will be providing crucial support for key acquisition business objectives such as the activation of Paid Search, Paid Social and Programmatic strategies as well as assisting with the planning, implementation, optimisation and reporting of paid digital campaigns using range of digital channels including but not limited to, social, search and display.

Under the direction of the Digital Media Manager and Head of Digital Marketing, you will support the develop and implementation of all digital campaigns in collaboration with media agencies, partners, and vendors to enhance marketing performance and enrich Swinburne’s reputation and gain market share across various audience segments.

This role will also support other key aims of the division relating to brand, prospecting and conversion of students to the University and delivering effective value on paid digital media investment in alignment with student acquisition and brand objectives.

About You
To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:
 

  • Significant experience across at least 2 channels (search, programmatic, social) with intermediate to advanced knowledge of display, social, mobile, video and search platforms
  • Demonstrable knowledge of Search & Programmatic bid management tools and paid social platforms, e.g. Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, DV360, Adobe Ad Cloud etc.
  • Experience in Facebook Ads Manager, Snapchat Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads, Twitter Ads and Canva
  • Strong attention to detail, time management skills and the ability to manage competing deadlines
