Job Description

The key responsibilities include but aren't limited to:

  • Define local digital marketing strategy and tactics with General Manager
  • Liaise with GM to manage the budget, measure, analyse and report ROI for media spend against established metrics.
  • In charge of 3rd party digital agency, to ensure the digital marketing campaigns are correctly deployed across paid, owned and earned channels
  • Managing multiple digital campaigns with a strong knowledge of SEM, SEO, Display, Mobile and Social
  • Strong skills in data, analytics, optimisation and testing - with experience in eCommerce / Online Sales
  • Implement strategies and tactics to drive conversion and website growth
  • A bit creative flare, work closely with the collateral team
  • Passion for social media marketing and understanding for audience's motivation and behaviour to drive social content creation and advertising
  • Demonstrable passion for performance marketing best practices and has experience in social media business tools and, or programmatic display
  • Proven negotiation and relationship skills to manage multiple stakeholders
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel
  • Strong sales-copywriting, wireframing and qualitative/quantitative research skills.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will possess the following:

  • Digital Marketing qualifications, Analytics, or other digital performance platforms
  • Experience in affiliate, social and email marketing
  • 3+ years' experience in a Digital Marketing role
  • Google Analytics experience & Google Tag Manager
  • Advanced knowledge of standard and current SEO practices
  • Strong expertise with ad serving, digital tracking, attribution modelling, analytical suites (DoubleClick, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.)
  • A strong understanding of the digital landscape, including web, social media, advertising, marketing automation and emerging technologies
  • Demonstrable experience in leading, managing and optimising digital performance campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
