The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible to create and implement digital marketing measures for the Australian market with a strong focus on lead generation and sales and to develop the website presence while ensuring an integrated merchant communication in accordance with business strategies and objectives. You will design local SEM (SEO and SEA), Social Media measures, display advertising, remarketing campaigns/measures (including tracking) for the Australian market. The position reports to the Chief Market Officer with a dotted functional line to the central team of Merchant Services Marketing & Communication.

Your responsibilities include:

The Digital Marketing Specialist will be mostly responsible of:

  • Leading our digital marketing measures for the Australian market to support local business growth
  • Establishing and developing our local go-to-market website including analytics and tracking

 

More specifically:

  • Operational website content management on CMS
  • Realization and coordination of all online cross media campaigns (paid, owned, social)
  • Set-up and run e-mailings to customers (incl. tool content management)
  • Create and run social media posts and local lead generation (SEM) activities
  • Aline measures with relevant stakeholders
  • Support central Marketing Communication Digital Team
  • Responsible to run the defined measures by sticking to timing and budget
  • Support local Marketing & Communication Specialist

 

Skills:

  • Higher education in the field of Online/Digital Marketing
  • Professional experience in the field of digital marketing required, ideally in international companies or marketing agencies
  • Experience in the area of web design and development
  • Several years of professional experience in the use of web CMS such as Adobe Experience Manager, Drupal, Wordpress etc.
  • High level of experience with the most common Adobe Creative Suite software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver
  • Experience in social media community management
  • Great affinity for web technologies and web trends as well as analysis and evaluation methods
  • Project management skills (ability to lead projects)
  • Process management skills (ability to define any IT processes)
  • High capability for KPI driven Marketing Communication implementations
  • Fluent in English language skills in spoken and written
  • Conceptual, strategic and detail-oriented approach to work
