The Digital Marketing Specialist will develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, engage with target audiences and drive conversions. Collaborating with various teams, this role ensures that all digital marketing activities align with our overall business objectives and brand identity. This role in digital marketing will be instrumental in achieving our growth and engagement goals.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies across various platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content, including posts, stories and ads.
  • Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and manage community interactions.

Email Marketing:

  • Plan, create, and send email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional offers, and product announcements.
  • Segment email lists and personalise content to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
  • Analyse email campaign performance and optimise for better results.

Paid Advertising:

  • Assist with the development, implementing and management of paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and YouTube.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, adjusting strategies to maximize ROI.

SEO (Search Engine Optimisation):

  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
  • Optimise website content, including meta tags, headers, and internal linking, to enhance search engine visibility.
  • Monitor SEO performance and make datadriven adjustments to improve rankings and traffic.

Market Research:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive benchmarks.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Apply insights from market research to improve digital marketing strategies.

Content Creation and Management:

  • Collaborate with content creators and graphic designers to produce high-quality digital content.
  • Ensure all content is on-brand, engaging, and optimised for various digital channels.
  • Manage and update website content to keep it current and relevant.

Performance Analysis and Reporting:

  • Monitor and analyse digital marketing performance using key metrics such as engagement rates, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Use analytics tools to track and measure the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.

Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to align digital marketing activities with broader marketing strategies and business goals.
  • Coordinate with other departments to gather necessary information and assets for digital marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all digital channels.

Influencer Marketing:

  • Identify and collaborate with influencers and content creators to promotethe brands.
  • Develop influencer marketing campaigns and partnerships to reach new audiences and drive engagement.
  • Measure the impact of influencer collaborations and optimise strategies based on performance.

Affiliate Marketing:

  • Manage affiliate marketing programs to drive traffic and sales through affiliate partners.
  • Recruit and onboard new affiliates, negotiate partnerships and manage relationships.
  • Monitor affiliate performance, track referrals, and optimise commission structures to maximise ROI.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Degree or tertiary qualification in Marketing or a related field.
  • A proven track record of successful campaigns.
  • In-depth knowledge of Google and Meta platforms (advertising tools, best practices, and updates).
  • Excellent project management abilities, capable of leading projects on time.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Deep understanding of the marketing funnel, conversion tracking, and campaign optimisation.
  • Team player with a passion for mentoring and supporting colleagues.
