About the role

Reporting to the Social Media Lead, the Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for coordinating and executing the client’s organic and paid social media Strategy. The role involves planning, developing and implementing creative social media content across Facebook and LinkedIn, and providing an exceptional customer experience for all who live, work and play in. Key Responsibilities

  • Generate, edit, publish and share regular content on social media (original text, images, video, links) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to engage with the client
  • Coordinate clients organic social media content calendar
  • Execute paid digital campaigns on Meta and Google
  • Identify opportunities, ideas and recommendations for content on corporate social media platforms
  • Monitor and moderate social media channels in line with client’s social media community guidelines
  • Advise, execute and implement Strategic Marketing and Communications campaigns
  • Support research and reporting for team’s social media strategy
  • Proactively build and maintain relationships across the organization to support the successful delivery of the objectives of the Strategic Communications and Customer Service Department.
  • The position will make decisions on social media content calendar scheduling, curation of social media channels and appropriate customer service delivery.
  • A strong understanding of the social media landscape and content

About you

To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least 2-3 years in experience in digital marketing or a related function., along with :

  • A strong understanding of the social media landscape and content
  • Trends/opportunities within various platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook,
  • TikTok, etc) including demonstrated understanding of the role of organic versus paid
  • activity
  • Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and
  • organizational ability
  • Demonstrated ability to work flexibly, effectively and cooperatively as part of a
  • team in demanding work environment
  • Drupal CMS experience or other CMS (Highly desirable)
  • Driver’s License (Highly desirable)
