About the role:

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, as the Digital Marketing Specialist you will be responsible for a range of digital marketing activity for Finity, a strategic analytics firm that delivers consulting services across a variety of disciplines (actuarial, AI/machine learning and management consulting) and related software products. Our marketing team is small but agile, working to promote a strong, well-established brand with innovation at its core. You will work with the team on a broad program of thought-leadership driven, digitally-focussed marketing initiatives. This includes integrated marketing campaigns (e.g. across social media, email, video, podcasts), website maintenance and optimisation, as well as online and in-person events. While this role has a digital focus, there will also be opportunity to work across all facets of marketing. This role will also suit someone with an interest in marketing operations and optimisation – taking ownership of the platforms, systems and digital tools that power the team. Finity is experiencing rapid growth and transformation, and this role presents an opportunity to help shape the marketing function for the future and drive the firm’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute on and help shape Finity’s marketing strategy across a range of channels and mediums, for example campaigns, webinars, videos, podcasts, events, and social media.
  • Execute digital marketing initiatives via a variety of technology platforms (e.g. eDM, CRM, and CMS).
  • Schedule and execute campaigns, BAU and ad-hoc activity across social and email platforms.
  • Work with external providers and agencies.
  • Coordinate regular reporting on engagement, conversion, and optimisation – refining and looking for opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Support other marketing activities and initiatives as appropriate – demonstrating the ability to be agile and prioritise.
  • Ad-hoc marketing initiatives to support the wider organisation.
