Description:
We are looking for an tech savvy and creative full time Digital Marketing professional to join our in-house Marketing Team. The primary purpose of this role will be to create engaging digital marketing projects & campaigns as well as optimising our digital media campaigns across all social media platforms, websites and other digital platforms. Ideally, someone who’s worked within the Real Estate industry is ideal, but not essential.
In This Position You Will
- Develop, coordinate, and implement all digital marketing projects & campaigns
- Recommend growth strategies to increase sales and traffic to the website
- Manage social media marketing strategies paid and non-paid, content and campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter and Facebook
- Manage website, Google Analytics and content
- Lead and manage Highland Property Agents digital marketing campaigns
- Apply copywriting and editing to enhance Highland Property Agents brand profile
- Analyse and report on all digital marketing activities including Google Adwords, paid for social media campaigns and website data
- Manage multiple projects and Marketing Campaigns at the one time.
- Writing SEO-qualified contents and working to improve company's website overall quality
- Set up, execute & maintain SEO campaigns including keyword research
We seek an individual with:
- A passion for marketing
- Exceptional organisation and time management skills
- A minimum of 2 to 3 years’ digital marketing & client management experience
- Experience in SEO optimisation practices (Google Search Console, SEM Rush)
- Sound understanding of paid advertising platforms, including (but not limited to) Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and Facebook Ads
- Graduate degree in Marketing or similar
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Software packages
- Experience with website maintenance, social media and use of CMS
- Experience in email marketing, with development of newsletters
- Experience in the promotions/customer service area
- Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written
- Must work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
- High standards of work and adaptable to change
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks at one time
- Flexible to work on weekends and evenings for events
