BioMedica is an Australian-owned company dedicated to the research, development and production of high-quality nutraceuticals and supplements for practitioner prescribing. We ensure that every BioMedica product is clinically relevant so that practitioners can best support their patients in the journey to good health and well-being.
This is a full-time role where you will be responsible for the day to day management of digital marketing and communications including email marketing, online event management, social media and website maintenance in support of the revenue growth strategy.
- Experience in execution of digital marketing campaigns
- Excellent written, presentation and communication skills
- Experienced in email marketing platforms (such as mail chimp)
- A creative eye with an ability to plan and produce novel and relevant digital content
- Understanding of paid social campaigns
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to maintain positive relationships with stakeholders
- Self-motivated with an ability to work as part of a team
- Organised and able to deliver within tight deadlines
- Innovative problem solving skills
- Proficient computer skills with an in-depth knowledge of MS Office suite (including Outlook, Word and Excel)
- Adobe Creative Suite knowledge preferred but not necessary
- Basic HTML editing proficiency desirable
- Manage the production and delivery of email marketing campaigns, newsletters and company updates
- Craft attractive and engaging communications for local and international audiences
- Proactively identify opportunities to grow the value of existing practitioner accounts by reviewing customer buying trends and market intelligence
- Coordinate online education events using webcast service providers, including online registration management
- Manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) on a daily basis including posting content and managing engagement with followers
- Create and manage the monthly social media calendar across key content pillars
- General website maintenance with custom CMS including uploading campaign content
- Proactively identify opportunities and implement improvements to website user experience
- Keep updated with emerging digital and social media trends and ensure all marketing activities are in alignment with best practice
- Use Google Analytics and other reporting tools to provide insightful digital marketing reporting
- Monthly report preparation and presentation to Marketing Manager
