As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be central to the creation and execution of the digital marketing strategy. This a newly created role and a unique opportunity to take your career as far as your talents and drive allow. Your key focus will be to develop and drive brand awareness across the various digital platforms and continuously strive to improve engagement and acquisition. You will utilise analytics and insights to understand the target audience and determine behaviour in order to attract quality leads. You will manage all aspects of SEO, paid search, social media, content marketing, and report on the results of your campaigns.
You will be an experienced digital marketer. Key to your success will be your strategic thinking, your continuous focus on learning and professional development, and your desire to be hands on, and a natural leader. Reporting and analytics is an important part of this role, therefore you will need to be confident with the major tools including Google Analytics and Facebook Insights as well as the standard SEM reporting tools. You may already have had success in your career and looking to do this again or you’re striving to achieve this! - Develop & implement a comprehensive digital marketing & social media strategy
- Develop, implement & measure lead generation, engagement & conversion strategy
- Manage social media marketing campaigns & day-to-day activities
- Optimise SEO, content creation, & design
- Optimise PPC (e.g. Adwords & Facebook)
- Create and optimise landing pages
- Optimise database and email marketing
- Optimise remarketing and retargeting campaigns
- Conduct online advocacy and open a stream for cross-promotions
- Develop and expand community and/or influencer outreach efforts
- Design, create and manage promotions and digital marketing campaigns
- Analyse key metrics and tweak strategy as needed
- Compile reports for management showing results (ROI)
- Monitor trends in digital marketing, applications, channels, design & strategy
- Implement ongoing education to remain effective
- Analyse campaigns and translate anecdotal, quantitative, qualitative data into recommendations and plans
- Monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of digital campaigns
- Responsible for keeping abreast of emergent technologies and strategies, and identifying threats and opportunities for improvement

- Possess knowledge and experience in the tenets of traditional marketing
- Demonstrate creativity and documented immersion in digital marketing and social media
- Proficient in content marketing theory and application
- Experience sourcing and managing content development and publishing
- Ability to jump from the creative side of marketing to analytical side, able to demonstrate why your ideas are analytically sound
- Display in-depth knowledge and understanding of digital marketing channels and how each channel can be deployed in different scenarios
