LMF Marketing works with established businesses (ecommerce and service), predominantly in the wellness, health, and lifestyle space to create and deliver social media, SEO, PPC, and email marketing campaigns.

LMF Marketing is ready to welcome two full time members to the LMF team, providing an opportunity for you to really take ownership of a role and build a career you love.
- Work closely with the Director to create digital campaign strategies across social, search and email.
- Coordinate multi-channel digital strategies, bringing together the moving pieces and reviewing overall performance, including identifying optimisations, and opportunities.
- Complete regular campaign reporting, with insights and recommendations extracted for ongoing improvements.
- Develop and maintain strong client connections to understand their needs, manage expectations and establish long-term relationships.
- Working with the Director on the internal marketing communications and efforts.
- For the Account Manager role – you will provide leadership for a small team and oversee client management for a range of local clients on the Sunshine Coast in providing ongoing digital marketing solutions for those clients.
- For the Digital Marketing Specialist role – you will work directly with national and local clients providing full client management and focus on providing solutions for your clients.
- Ideally you will have previous experience in a similar digital marketing role.
- Passionate, inspired, and skilled in creating stand-out digital campaigns.
- Strong understanding of effective digital marketing tactics across social media, with experience in PPC management and/or email marketing.
- A penchant for copywriting, with experience in creating compelling ad copy.
- Experience in crafting marketing strategies, with customer avatars and brand messaging familiar aspects to you.
- Ability to interpret campaign data and extract insights for ongoing optimisations.
- A knack for identifying patterns and trends, with experience in campaign reporting.
- Experience with setting-up and installing conversion tracking codes and reporting pixels, with Google Analytics and Tag Manager experienced highly favored.
- Strong relationship building and communication skills, as you’ll be working closely with the Marketing Director, other team members, and clients.
- Passion for learning and staying up to date within the industry.
- Strong initiative, autonomy, and organisational skills, with a view to grow in the business.
