About the role

The Digital Marketing Manager is a high-profile role responsible for developing and delivering digital strategies that drive lead generation, customer acquisition, growth, and engagement. This role will be responsible for all digital marketing automation systems, customer experience around electronic communications, and the effective execution of wider paid digital campaigns for Vision Australia. They will collaborate with senior members of Vision Australia, across business units, delivering integrated campaigns connecting clients, families, donors, advocates, volunteers, and other audience groups to the work Vision Australia deliver for the blind and low vision Community.

Duties

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategy including paid social, email, search marketing (paid and organic), content marketing and data analytics.
  • Manage and maximise SEM performance through Google Grant and other paid Ad Words
  • Develop and implement a dynamic and customer focused digital campaign framework designed to meet acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies
  • Drive digital innovation, leverage digital platform analytics and insights and ensure a data driven approach to underlying processes
  • Develop lifecycle marketing processes that support both B2C and B2B target audiences
  • Measure and report the outcomes of all digital marketing activity
  • Develop and implement a strong digital marketing strategy

Skills and Experience

  • You will have significant experience leading digital marketing strategies with demonstrated improvements in income growth and customer experience
  • Strong technical understanding of digital channels including search, CRM, advertising, and social media
  • Experience with website development and understanding around useability, accessibility, information architecture and content management
  • A strong focus on customer marketing, with extensive knowledge of product marketing and customer experience
  • Experience effectively managing and leading a team
  • Ideally, you will be from a services, utilities or B2C environment or have strong experience in the not-for-profit sector, where you have focused on customer touchpoints and commercial outcomes
  • Background influencing markets to achieve sales growth
