THE OPPORTUNITY:

The ideal candidate will be a Senior Digital Manager or an experienced Digital Manager who is ready to take the next step. You will be part of the Client Success Team and you will act as the bridge that connects clients with the rest of the agency. Reporting to the Head of Client Success and supported by a centralised campaign optimisation team, you will be responsible for planning and managing digital activity to deliver amazing results for your clients

Important to note that this role doesn’t start and stop with just digital marketing. We are our clients trusted advisors and so you will be required to gain a deeper understanding of each of your clients' businesses so that you can provide guidance and strategic solutions for all things digital.

The role is ideally suited to someone who has experience in managing digital campaigns (either direct or with agency support), is accustomed to dealing with clients, is highly motivated & proactive, and is looking to expand their knowledge and progress their career.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Take ownership of client comms, meetings and presentations

- Own portfolio KPI’s, budget management and plans

- Working with the broader team to develop strategic plans

- Hands-on campaign optimisation & creative approach

REQUIREMENTS:

- Love high-quality marketing campaigns and have a desire to constantly raise the bar

- 3+ years of experience in managing marketing campaigns (focus on digital)

- Enjoy working in a team environment and collaborating with colleagues

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Great coordination and people skills
