Position Description: *
Reporting directly to the Customer Marketing Manager, you will lead the digital planning process and implementation for the pet health and farm animal brands, developing initiatives that deliver brand objectives and business performance. You will work closely with the Brand Managers to ensure that brand plans are implemented consistently across all digital assets including the consumer-facing (pet owners and farmers) and B2B websites, social media, email programs and e-commerce.

You will work closely with our internal global digital marketing and IT partners as well as our lead digital agencies and Channel Managers to support our business’s growth objectives.

This is a 12-month fixed duration contract.
Functions, Duties, Tasks:

  • Manage consumer-facing and B2B websites, including working with the global digital team on the transition to a new content management system, providing recommendations on site design and usability and subsequent implementation of proposed enhancements as well as search engine optimisation.
  • Manage web analytics and reporting, ensuring appropriate tracking is in place on websites for media campaigns, and key stakeholders including the brand team and agency partners are updated regularly.
  • Responsible for the coordination and distribution of engaging consumer content across all online channels (web sites, social media, eDMs), liaising with agency partners and the brand team. Being responsible for online content management you will need to adopt our internal workflow and approvals processes.
  • Facilitate digital projects, including working with IT partners and global digital marketing, to support business and brand objectives.
  • Develop a strong understanding of our target audience’s online journey and the role digital platforms play in our target audience’s path-to-purchase.
  • Work closely with brand managers and customer marketing manager on developing and managing e-commerce focused materials and tools.
  • Support our e-commerce Channel Manager and key accounts through co-branded promotional and e-commerce opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in related discipline preferably business with sales/marketing and multidisciplinary exposure
  • Minimum of 3 years business to consumer and business to recommender marketing and/or sales experience with strong analytical capabilities.
  • Understanding of current digital trends and activation of B2C and B2B digital strategies.
  • Experience in developing acquisition and lead generation campaigns and direct experience working with pure play and omni channel online retailers and knowledge of the animal health industry in Australia is desirable.
  • Current drivers’ license.
