The Crocs Australia and Singapore Digital Commerce team is seeking a passionate, results-driven marketer to join our team as a Digital Marketing Manager. Using a data-driven approach aligned to Revenue & ROAS targets, this candidate will lead digital marketing efforts with the SR. Manager, Digital Commerce, driving the strategy and execution of those efforts in support of our growing Ecommerce business.

The ideal candidate will have experience in multiple areas of Digital marketing including, email, paid search, paid social & affiliate marketing and possess a track record of driving results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, using an analytical mind & growth mindset to innovate in the digital marketing space. As our consumer touchpoints expand digitally, they will use these tools to develop better relationships with our consumers regardless of where they are in the consumer cycle. Crocs is experiencing a tremendous amount of growth and the person who fills this role will have the opportunity to use this momentum to their advantage and drive sustainable, accelerated growth for the business.

Detailed Job Responsibilities include as per following . However, other duties may be assigned as per the job requirement.

Drive tactical execution and strategy of marketing channels

  • Drive strategy and tactical execution of email and paid Media campaigns, including: Paid Social, SEM, Affiliate, Shopping & SEO
  • Assist in the strategy and execution of the monthly gtm calendar
  • Allocate & optimize budgets across channels, campaigns and strategies to achieve both long-term and short-term revenue goals
  • Collaborate with the SR. Manager, Digital Commerce to communicate results & develop cross-channel strategies, tactics and initiatives with the consumer at the center of everything that we do
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices and latest developments in Digital Marketing & Ecommerce
  • Seek out new opportunities to innovate
  • Collaborate with the team and the ecomm Analytics team to generate marketing reports that support data-driven decision making

Cross functional and vendor relationships

  • Manage relationship with agencies & vendors where applicable
  • Influence and collaborate across functions in a matrixed environment
  • Create and implement audience/creative testing methodologies to achieve actionable insights and improve campaign performance
