We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Digital Marketing Manager/Strategist to join our team and work across our three companies: Cosmetic Boutique, Infinite Rewards Club and Pressplay Cosmetics.
As the Digital Marketing Manager/Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies for each company to drive brand awareness, engage our target audience, and generate qualified leads, contributing to the success and bottom line of the business group.
This is a full-time role where you will have the opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of multiple businesses.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies for each company to achieve their respective objectives.
- Manage and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and insights for each business.
- Analyse campaign performance data and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in each company to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with overall marketing objectives.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices, and make strategic recommendations accordingly for each business.
- Monitor and optimize website performance and user experience for each company.
- Manage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including agencies and vendors, on behalf of each business.
- Stay informed about new digital marketing tools and technologies and implement effective strategies for all three companies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Manager/Strategist or similar role, preferably with experience across multiple companies or brands.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data to drive insights and decision-making.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools, such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media management platforms, CRM systems, etc.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Certifications in digital marketing, such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, or Facebook Blueprint, are a plus.
