Description:
They are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to help drive their subscriptions growth. You will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing a comprehensive subscriptions marketing strategy. The ideal candidate has experience in marketing subscriptions for the publishing or media industry.
This is a standalone role with some support from our small publishing department.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for developing, managing, and executing our subscriptions strategy.
- Manage the following promotional channels.
- Email newsletters
- External newsletters sponsorship
- Paid social media
- Website offers
- Telemarketing/SMS
- Internal marketing emails
- Internal podcast adverts
- Prepare monthly reports summarising and assessing acquisitions, cpa’s and renewal rates.
- Oversee all winback campaigns
- Write marketing copy, pitches, and work with freelance designers to create adverts.
- Oversee a new brand marketing campaign to promote all our products across digital platforms.
- Come up with new ideas on ways to market content and subscriptions.
- Continuously research, identify and evaluate new marketing ideas, strategies, and opportunities.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience working in the subscriptions industry, preferably in publishing or media.
- A high-level understanding of marketing strategies and tactics. Must have experience and a deep understanding of data analytics, using and identifying key metrics/kpi’s and reporting results with numbers and charts.
- Highly organized with an ability to deliver projects on time.
