- Leads and develops the brand and digital strategy in close consultation with CEO.
- Develops and executes the digital omni-channel strategy while ensuring our digital offer remains brand
aligned, current and attuned to customer expectations.
- Evolves the positioning of the Ella Baché brand offer, driving up brand love and awareness through a
digitally led approach
- Oversees EB's digital products, assets, and end-to-end customer experience from registration to booking/
purchase and all associated journeys and communications
- Fosters a 'customer centric' mindset that critiques existing customer journeys and seeks opportunities to
continuously improve our brand, digital products, and customer experience to achieve KPI's
- Uses data/ analytics to inform decision-making and develops daily and weekly reporting for team and
monthly dashboard for Board reports.
- Maintains roadmaps for digital products, ensuring use cases are captured and translated into product
requirements
- Prioritises requirements for development and drives delivery and product releases on time and within
budget
- Oversees product development activity to ensure product delivery to agreed time, cost, and quality
parameters.
- Responsible for early identification and resolution of issues, tracking and communicating delivering status
to key stakeholders, and completes post implementation reviews to capture lessons learned following
major releases.
- Ensures the Hallas' digital architecture, systems and data warehouse are maintained and linked to the
business strategic requirements.
- Ensures agency and supplier relationships are effectively managed to deliver in-line with priorities and
objectives.
- Collaborates with Digital Consultant to ensure our digital systems and processes evolve to enable digital
objectives
- Ensures campaigns are designed to drive revenue growth through customer acquisition, and optimizing
existing customer spend and loyalty to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Develops educational materials and drives strategies to impart knowledge to clients and onboard and
educate teams with timely evaluations.
- Manages marketing costs to budget or below.
- Leads and manages direct reports ensuring Hallas' purpose, values and strategic priorities are upheld.
- Ensures policies and procedures are in place and strictly adhered to protect customer and financial data
at all times
- Strong copy writing skills
- Strong organisational and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft packages - Word, Excel and PowerPoint
