Digital Marketing Intern

Description:

3M are currently seeking a Digital Marketing Intern for our Transportation and Electronics Business Group. In this role you will be part of a growing team that is spearheading its presence in Digital and Social channels to generate Brand preference, Advocacy and Growth. Specifically, in this role you will be mainly responsible for website management, content marketing, digital product content management and marketing automation for the Transportation and Electronics Business Group.

Your main duties and responsibilities will include:

Content

• Executing on the content strategy identified by the Business working with the wider marketing team, based on deep understanding of the consumer journey on Owned and Paid platforms and channels
• Managing website maintenance ongoing
• Overseeing and ensuring accuracy of product information on owned assets, as well as partner websites

Analytics and CRM

• Working Closely with Digital Marketing Manager to monitor analytics and content performance and understand what future enhancements will be needed

Lead and Demand

• Having a keen understanding and love for customer marketing primarily through the Digital channels and really help drive conversions to generate vanity conversions like traffic/clicks/conversions to hard revenue generating metrics such as purchases
• Understanding of how reporting of Digital Marketing Campaigns (Facebook family, Native content, and partner platforms) works

To succeed in this role, the successful candidate should meet the following criteria:

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
• 1-2 years of digital marketing experience
• Experience in generating reports across: Web, Social, EDM
• Project management experience
• Writing / Content Creation
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop/Salesforce/
• Strong influencing skills and analytical skills
