The Role

We have an exciting new position available to become part of the progressive and innovative Marketing team at Haileybury as the Digital Marketing Coordinator. The Marketing team is a key department within the school that delivers a variety of campaigns across all campuses and the Haileybury community.

This role will support all marketing campaigns and is responsible for supporting the development of implementing new and innovative ways to boost our social media footprint.

This is a great opportunity for an entry level candidate to join a digital marketing team and use your graduate qualifications in communications or marketing in addition to your exceptional writing and creative prowess.

Responsibilities

The role includes the following responsibilities:

• Develop social media content calendars and social media community management
• Implement website updates through content management systems and support various programs
• End-to-end management of the fortnightly publication including collecting articles from key stakeholders and submitting to agencies for upload
• Collect and analyse data from online platforms to monitor website behaviour and support active campaigns and website behavior.
• Maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and key stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and implementation of social media content
• Coordinate the distribution and communication of newsletters and publications to engage our online community

Skills & Experience

To be successful in the role you will bring the following with you:

• Ideally 1-2 years agency experience within a digital, marketing or communications area
• An ability to manage multiple campaigns at once whilst remaining calm and working well under pressure
• Experience researching to identify information to support campaign requirements
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Willingness and eager to learn about SEO, digital media planning and buying to enhance your skillset

In addition to the above you will have great enthusiasm for digital media and a passion for creativity with the ability to flex your design, copywriting and/or videomaking skills.
