With the accelerated expansion of the digital economy and as the lines between the physical and digital worlds continue to merge, Brown-Forman has created a new community called Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC).

  • Better integrate how we connect and engage with consumers across all forms of media
  • Grow our e-commerce capability to ensure our brands can be purchased in the time, place, and manner most convenient for our consumers
  • Fully optimize our brand assets to have the highest impact on consumers across platforms we own (such as websites) and those we do not (such as social media)
  • Leverage more relevant and timely data to rapidly and continuously adapt our approach to marketing and selling

The Brown-Forman Integrated Marketing Communications Centre for Excellence will manage platforms, processes, and best practices, and ensure a linked “ecosystem” across the global IMC community. This new team represents our commitment to digital and e-commerce transformation and will be a growth driver for our brands for generations to come.

Meaningful Work from Day One

As part of our global integrated communications strategy, this role will act as the digital expert leading our digital and ecommerce strategy, working with media agencies and internal teams to maximise our digital plans. This role will focus on our Jack Daniel’s Family of Brands.

You will support our marketing team in developing our communications strategy, leading all digital touchpoints in close partnership with brand teams and having a “hands-on” approach in optimising processes and tools.

What You Will Experience

  • Working with the the Marketing team to plan, execute and evaluate the following:
  • Maintain and update “owned” media platforms, AUS websites (with agencies), AUS social media presence, CRM database
  • Support AUS homeplace and e-commerce initiatives
  • Develop and execute email and social campaignsContent organisation, sourcing and management
  • Maintain & update online content strategy and content calendar
  • Ensure communications are aligned with digital and media compliance guidelines and market best practices Supporting day to day requests from Brand and Sales teams
  • Point of contact for supporting field sales activity that requires communications (digital or media support)
  • Connect with global media agency, creative agency, our internal design team and other external suppliers to meet implementation requests
  • Implement the Global Integrated Marketing Communications Centre of Excellence process in evaluating campaigns within local region
  • Evaluate “test & learn” and real time campaign optimisation to maximise communication activity
  • Share best practice and results of campaigns with stakeholders
