WHAT YOU WILL LEAD AND BUILD ON

  • This Digital Marketing & Marcomms role is responsible for establishing and maintaining brand guidelines across all company materials both internally and externally and is the point of contact for producing and managing digital branded content and platforms across the APAC region.
  • The position will undertake all marketing & communications and help shape and communicate the visual brand and develop, manage and maintain centralised production processes of marketing and communications activities.
  • The person in this role is the key point of contact for other designers/creative teams in the region and will collaborate with the regions to translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies while analysing brand positioning and identifying customer insights and trends.
  • You will research consumer markets and competitors’ activities and measure, assess and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and activities.
  • You will work alongside global to design, build and maintain social media presence and lead the creative execution of the brand both internally and externally.
  • You will work with the marketing department and business areas to design and maintain collateral output that aligns to brand style guides, including presentations, brochures, banners, packaging, internal collateral and exhibition-related products and initiate design concepts for new projects and campaigns.
  • You will be the Digital Lead for ANZ and manage digital channels and projects for internal (intranet) and external (public web) channels, which includes regular site maintenance, page updates and governance etc. and lead the adoption of new ways of working including new use of digital channels to drive engagement amongst referrers and attract customers/responsible for generating leads and in turn market share growth.

WHAT EXPERIENCE WILL BE CONSIDERED?

  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Digital Marketing and/or Design (or equivalent).
  • At least 3 years’ experience in the Digital Marketing and Design.
  • Can write customer facing documents; Literacy in MS Office.
  • The ability to lead the digital creative production process, whilst working with different internal and external stake holders.
  • Broad experience using Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and Acrobat.
  • Experience in end-to-end implementation of innovative online campaigns. This includes campaign reporting and evaluation.
