Description:
The Digital Health Training Manager will be responsible for the delivery of the training strategy and the development, implementation and management of training plans and resources. Working with key stakeholders the Training Manager will be a senior leader in the delivery of successful changes as a result of the Program.
The Role Will Require Working Closely With
- NT Training providers, managers and end users
- Business Units training providers and recourses
- CCSRP Program Team including Subject Matter Experts , Business Analysts, Business Process Officers, Project
- Managers, Change, Communications and Training Team members and other program resources
- Vendor/s.
This role is for a period of 12-month contract based in Darwin.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Reporting to the Change, Communications and Training Manager, will work as part of the wider Implementation Team in a coordinated approach across multiple locations to conduct activities such as:
- Lead and management trainers and training support officers to effectively implement the training strategy, plan(s) and other training deliverables.
- Establish and maintain productive working partnerships across NT Health in relation to clinical information systems training including design, delivery and assessment of training effectiveness.
- Deliver on the Training Strategy and ensure the smooth transition of resources and skills from the Program to NT Health and DCDD as the program progresses.
- Promote consistent and robust system use by all staff to support them in their roles and ultimately improve patient care.
- Develop, maintain and deliver effective training plans to ensure the production of training materials, utilising various media including classroom instructor-led training, e-learning and Madcap Flare knowledge base etc.
- Undertake training validation; based on the Change plans, work with the Change Manager to include any necessary training gaps or required changes to the training plans to make it specific to the area of service or site.
- Participate in “Go-Live” activities to ensure that NT Health users feel supported and that the necessary training and change activities have occurred and are effective.
- Identify areas for improvement and take ownership of improvement initiatives that sit within the Training space.
