Description:
As our Digital Executive Producer, you will be responsible for driving the delivery of all digital production. You will ensure the work we produce is delivered on time and budget and the output has been pushed to the highest standards, which in turn will grow the agency’s reputation for creative digital experiences.
You’ll be someone happy to wear many hats; producer, project manager, quality assurance, strategist, mentor to the team, digital expert and be experienced at managing clients and internal stakeholders of all levels. You’ll be a problem solver that knows every detail of all projects in the team and is the agency ‘go-to’ for all things digital production.
MAIN DUTIES
- Define, develop and deliver productions across the digital and customer experience landscape which includes journey maps, web, social, apps, AR, VR and all other digital channels.
- Allocate digital production resources and develop a production approach utilising freelance talent and talent from our Capgemini community.
- Work with the creative, strategy and project management teams to develop innovative and interesting digital solutions.
- Lead production meetings with clients and/or third parties at all levels.
- Manage the production process throughout the project lifecycle – from discovery/brief inception and scoping through to creative concepts, design, technical build/integration and testing
- Write detailed project scopes – including developing functional specifications, project plans and effort estimates, project risks, interdependencies and assumptions for the successful completion of projects.
- Overall responsibility for quality control and project profitability.
- Build great relationships with our clients so they see you and the agency as a guiding light for all their digital strategic direction and campaign led activity.
- Deal directly with clients on production issues.
- Guide the wider production team including creative, designers and developers to ensure we have scoped the project correctly, developed timelines to deliver to and have the right resources assigned to produce a great result.
- Research industry trends and report back to team.
- Manage the producers, ensuring they are developing and progressing and perform annual reviews for all direct reports.
- Assist with new business opportunities.
