The Marketing team mission is design brand experiences that generate value for both customers and Wesfarmers brands. We are customer-obsessed and motivated to build brand equity through OnePass. This chapter is responsible for brand image in the market by undertaking several key activities to plan, develop and optimise marketing campaigns and activations.
The Marketing Chapter is responsible for member acquisition and retention. Brand management is key to building long-term equity and demonstrating to customers the value of this membership program in the face of a very competitive landscape. We know each interaction with our brand builds perceptions in our customers minds. From visiting out website, reading an EDM or calling our customer support, every interaction is important to us.
- Build campaign creative utilising existing templates and develop new templates as required
- Develop OnePass owned channels and tactical campaigns creative
- Assist in the development of social content
- Work with brand team to bringing to life the OnePass brand in line with guidelines
- Work in partnership with digital marketing team and brand team to bring to life the brand in developing brand collateral
- Work with the CX team to continually develop the OnePass design system
- Work with internal comms team to develop copy for key documents, presentations and artefacts aligned to brand.
To shine on day one, what you need to have:
- Commercial digital design experience in an agency or in-house environment
- Degree in graphic design or similar and/or equivalent work experience
- Strong skills across the full Adobe Creative Suite and talents in After Effects and Photoshop or Illustrator
- Ability to animate (GIFs, After Effects, Adobe Animate)
- An understanding of XHTML,HTML5 & CSS3
- Experience with digital product design and tools such as Figma and Adobe XD
