ROLE RESPONSIBILITY
- Develop and implement a digital content strategy in line with the School's communication and marketing strategy.
- Create, re-purpose and curate engaging content for the School's digital platforms, including website and social media, that closely aligns with the School's overarching communication and marketing strategy.
- Forge relationships with internal stakeholders to assist in proactively sourcing unique and newsworthy stories from across the School to be shared across digital platforms.
- Capture, edit and distribute engaging social media content (imagery, videos and copy), in line with brand guidelines, in a timely manner.
- Monitor social media channels, including lnstagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter and Linkedln, to drive and increase community engagement.
- Project manage the implementation of the School's new website then manage on an ongoing basis to maximise the user experience by responding to the latest digital trends.
- Prepare and distribute performance reports for digital platforms to understand the effectiveness of the activity.
- Work with external suppliers to create assets for digital platforms including videos and paid digital advertising campaigns.
- In conjunction with the ICT and Communications & Marketing team manage the School's photo and video management solution, SchoolBench including the photo verification process and reporting on student quotas.
- Liaise with the School's photographers and internal stakeholders to manage the photography schedule, briefing of photoshoots and the filing and management of digital assets on SchoolBench.
- Ensure strict adherence to student media consent.
- Assist in sourcing imagery from SchoolBench to be used in external digital and print communications and promotional material.
- Lead the production of the digital fortnightly newsletter including the sourcing, editing, approval and publishing of content.
- Collaborate across the Development, Admissions and SPOC departments to assist in their marketing and communications endeavours.
